Due to the nature of the small business design process & personalized design application, each piece is unique & made to order, so by purchasing this listing the buyer agrees all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges given unless item arrives with a physical defect caused by design application error & is reported with proof to loudhousedesignsco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving order.
